Where Complexity Shows Up
01
Reduce single-stock risk while weighing taxes, liquidity, trading restrictions, diversification and the ownership you still want to retain.
02
Move from accumulating assets to coordinating income, investments, taxes, Social Security, protection and estate considerations.
03
Coordinate personal wealth with business cash flow, retirement plans, taxes, insurance, succession and eventual liquidity decisions.
Concentrated Stock Strategy
Selling everything can trigger a major tax bill. Doing nothing can leave your future dependent on one company. The answer is often a coordinated combination of liquidity, diversification, tax planning, hedging, charitable planning and disciplined exit strategies.
Step 1
Measure the concentration and downside risk.
Step 2
Map taxes, cost basis, trading restrictions and liquidity needs.
Step 3
Compare multiple diversification paths—not just a single product.
Step 4
Build a staged plan that balances taxes, control, liquidity and risk.

03 / Coordinate
You receive a clear path forward and, when appropriate, ongoing implementation and wealth management.
Why I Do This
Growing up as the only child of a single mother, I saw what financial uncertainty could do to a family. I learned to save early, but nobody taught me what came after saving.
Years later, after coaching high school football and track and building a performance business, I realized the work I loved most was helping people see where they were, understand where they wanted to go and build a plan to close the gap.
Today I apply that same mindset to wealth. My role is not simply to manage assets. It is to help clients understand what their money is intended to do, what risks they are taking and why each part of the strategy exists.
